In the sunrise, I washed the decks of the sea water. The salt can leave stains and cause erosion of the GHP fibreglass and windows. The end result was quite stunning at 09:00 GMT+1.

Going from most exciting to a Logo. The keels might be awesome stabilisers but they'll be good for landing legs too. I can't wait to hit the beaches. You might find one bulb keel like these on a sailing race cruiser. It helps to pivot the boat at high speed holding its center of gravity in the water to its rightoning position. Putting four like this on TandEadapts semi displacement hull should work in a similar fashion. It will grant less inhibiting of manuverability then a full fin keel and if properly measured can support the Trawler for beaching. Along with the coding of TandEadapt for commercial work, the refitting of the saloon is a proper design statement. It will include an entertainment cabinet. A full U seating arrangement with a moveable lounge chair, inexpensive and working as both part of the U seating and a separate chair when L seating must be kept for a double berth sleeping area. There's even a hydrolic lift for a Vodka, ....I mean a wine bottle. And final, do we know, T and E? Sure to soon with this design in fine lights on the high sides of the fly bridge front of the Trawler. Jeremie Solomon, is designing the actual fitting to really make it clear. We arrived at Varadero, through force 6 winds and rough water. As a result we didn't check our marine equipment properly. The autopilot would have insisted manual control. However we moored safely, next to a superyacht, where we'll stay until, TandEadapt is lifted to dry docks here.
In these conditions, with TandEadapts semi displacement hull, I can figure the use of twin keels, either side centre back of her belly, might lessen her rolling. I'm looking into this to add them when the trawler is on dry docks. An unexpected change to our departure to Varadero, as high winds blew surprisingly through the day. They brought with them the crew tinting the windows. This was planned and paid for much earlier but I didn't think it would be done today. With the high winds we were unable to go underway, in any case and the crew were free to complete the job. The tinted windows on the aft of TandEadapt, have brought a cool seclusion to the saloon and galley. A quality job done for an economical price, sparing thousands. Thank you, Autocristales Sirauto: 0034 965 255334 I've left the bridge windows clear as the tinting impares vision through the glass, as you can see. 08:30 am, started cleaning TandEadapt for the short trek to Varadero, Alicante, where the trawler will come out the water for coding later this month. There was a water pipe malfunction and the job couldn't be finished unil later in the afternoon. It was waiting for the pipes to be mended, the cushions for the Bridge arrived. The hours between were made... more comforting, before I would have to raise my royal ass, to finish scrubbing the decks. |
