'I am the inner child of a phantom watching time.' - Aaron Dia Pemberton

4th Year in the Marina, arriving not long before my reclusive neighbours, who have been berthed next to me the entirety of my time here. A great couple who have shown me tolerance and upstanding. Yet, I had never seen the uncanny presences we had entertained, as inner vessels of our,... 'Phantoms.'

You can read about the 'Phantom' I am inner child to, in the free download, Soil for Sovereign IV.

The Phantom, that is, TandEadapt, is told through allegories, more true to life than not; in DReaLEartHG CITY, short stories.

Brightening the DARK parts of TandEadapt

Crew on TandEadapt must fit a certain... Profile. The right candidates have found an easy time but for the wrong candidates, the required understanding of the ships life, is essential. This is finally framed, illuminating, the heart of the problem in dark.
The only other, DARK, part of TandEadapt, has been illuminated too.

I strongly advise purchasing these to any yacht owner. I find, it inhibits the blocking of the heads.

No Leak to Speak

The crew from, Jover Yachts, had a chat, alfresco, on, TandEadapts, flybridge. I found the bottom end of a bolt leaking in the lower helm, I took their council.

They made a very simple job of it. Applying a Sikaflex, under the loose head of the bolt, on the helm roof. (Seeing the leak from the lower helm, I presumed I'd need wood checked or bolts tightened from in there. However, the leak was so acute it certainly came from the other end of the bolt, it being loose on the bridge roof with no covering left.)

Leaks can be very difficult to find the source of. Often when repaired they come back. I've heard of captains who track water with a hose to find the source of a leak. A ships integrity will withstand a passage with minor leaks like mine was. However it's essential to keep a manual with information of leaks for crew and passengers. Then identify the source of any leaks which detriment the passage with sinking and seal it.

A Brighter Head - s

2 days in bed, sexually frustrated with an infection, delayed the jobs on, TandEadapt, this week. Seeing a Dr. yesterday morning, the prescription and an entire day recouperating, has my health well enough again.

I set out to brighten, TandEadapts, heads (bathroom.) With the same method of: Sebesto and water, the stains could be rubbed off with a scouring pad. The heat of the sun warmed the water, which I believe made it an easier job of cleaning the fixings
The delay of jobs was lessened by doing laundry in the afternoon, while the fixings were in the solution.

TandEadapt - till blooming life

Its been a month since the Cactus plants arrived on TandEadapt. The sun was at first, too oppressive at this time of the year in, Alicante. I moved the plants into the galley window light during daytime and left them outside in the evenings, over night.

The pricks have grown. It's been a painful but refreshing sight of adapting.

More Brass Brightened

The brass fittings on the ceilings and floors were not as noticeable as other fittings on TandEadapt. I've detached them and used Sebesto with water to brighten them, along with the other fittings treated with this method.

There is a eerie sense of newness in the vessel. With, Cherylton, the guardian phantom of, DReaLEartHG and Squint Koros, by my heart, it's quite refreshing. The final refitting should start in Autumn.

Changing Rooms of TandEadapt

The refitting and coding of TandEadapt has not been an over night transformation. I've been consistently innovating the designs to include contemporary and practical utilities.

Its ironic, with the boat instruments being literally the most expensive instruments in the world, the most valuable items rewarding TandEadapt charm have been from the stalls of the local streets.

These items have been well crafted and capture the essence of Spain, which gives the Mediterranean marine researching, a little more familiarality to our crew.
The changing rooms of TandEadapt are now becoming a sign of the coded vessel I'm building. This is perhaps a penultimate evolution from her original state before she comes out the water for the final refitting and coding.
She is prepped for crew conditioning, the next 7 days.

A Fish Tale

I was making the captains word clear, along with a few lights, when, I caught a fish tail in the corner of my eye. I then realised the bottom of TandEadapt must be teeming with barnacles, and other such life forms.

Next week I'll have to go under and scrape it clean. Such abrasive protrusions as this seriously affect the planning of the trawler. This trawler is semi-displacement and requires smooth surfaces.

A full displacement hull will move the water away from its bow as its making way. (Abrasive protrusions such as barnacles, may not as greatly affect it. Though it would be affected.)

A planning hull will ride over the water as it makes way. (Barnacles and such protrusions are a detriment)

A semi displacement is somthing in between. And must be kept clear of abrasive protrusions for this reason.
