Tide curve table revision

Rule of 12ths and Tide curves got exercised. I jumped ahead in the practise book to do more complex theory tests which I might forget how to do.

These arent usually needed with modern navigation equipment but I'd rather retain the skills. Will do Course to steers and EPs practise with the book over the next days.
